Sona Homes is a family owned and operated General Contracting firm based in Stafford, VA. Founded by two brothers, Amit Parbadia and Kirit Parbadia, with a background in commercial contracting, Sona Homes has built over 800 new homes across Northern and Central Virginia since 1989.

As a part of Sona Homes’ Limited Warranty, you will have 2 scheduled warranty inspections during your first year of ownership. Of course, we are also available to you for any service issues in between scheduled appointments.
